- Job photos you upload to help us estimate the move.
- Payment information for the booking fee, processed securely by Stripe. We do NOT see or store your full card number.
- Website analytics (pages visited, device/browser, approximate region) collected through cookies.

- To schedule, confirm, and complete your move.
- To contact you by phone, text, or email about your booking.
- To process the booking fee and any agreed add-ons.
- To improve our website and service quality.

6. Social Media & Marketing Content
We may film or photograph our crew at work and post that content to social media platforms (such as TikTok, Instagram, and others) to market our service. This marketing content does not include your name, address, phone number, or other personal details. If you prefer that we not film at your location, tell the crew and we will respect that.
7. Data Retention & Security
We keep booking information only as long as needed to provide the service, keep business records, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, though no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
8. Your Choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by calling or texting 862-640-0625 or emailing info@wemoveitweclearit.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
9. Children's Privacy
Our service and website are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
10. Automated Social Media Posting & Analytics
We operate an automated content system that posts videos only to our own official business accounts on platforms such as TikTok and Instagram. In connection with this system, we only collect analytics related to our own accounts — such as views, likes, comments, and audience retention. We do not collect, store, or process personal data from other TikTok or Instagram users. We do not share data with third parties except TikTok and Instagram themselves, as required to post our content and retrieve analytics for our own accounts. We use industry-standard security practices to protect our systems and data.
